Shared Goal: Justice For All
About The Initiative
Nyaya Sakha bridges the gap between formal legal systems and grassroots communities. It empowers women, children, and marginalized groups to understand their rights, seek timely guidance, and resolve conflicts peacefully.
Program Approach
Helping people understand rights, responsibilities, and available support systems.
Creating space for constructive conversations that reduce conflict and restore trust.
Supporting women, children, and vulnerable groups with guidance and confidence.
Linking community members with legal professionals and counselling support.
Training youth volunteers to support outreach, referrals, and community guidance.
People-Centric Justice
"When communities understand their rights, justice becomes less distant and more human."
Nyaya Sakha gives families and communities the confidence to seek guidance early, speak openly, and choose constructive solutions before conflicts become long and painful legal battles.
Nyaya Mitram
Nyaya Mitram volunteers identify needs, conduct awareness activities, and guide people toward the right support.
Online and offline sessions make legal concepts easier through simple language, examples, and local context.
The aim is not only to resolve disputes, but to build trust, dignity, and shared responsibility in society.
